BIBSChild safety standards
BIBS is an app for private amateur football groups, intended for people aged 16 or older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
What we prohibit
- any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors, including images, names, nicknames, announcements, ideas or messages;
- using the app to contact, groom or meet minors for sexual purposes;
- accounts created by anyone under 16, and adding children under 16 as guest players.
How to report
In the app: More → Report abuse or a problem, or by email at [email protected]. Do not attach or redistribute the material itself; describe where it is (team, user, date). If a child is in immediate danger, call 112.
What we do
- we review every report as a priority and remove the content within 24 hours;
- we block the accounts involved and keep only the information needed by the authorities;
- we report CSAM and exploitation to the competent authorities: the Romanian Police and DIICOT (the prosecution directorate for organised crime) and, where appropriate, the Save the Children Romania hotline - Ora de Net (an INHOPE member);
- we cooperate with the authorities as required by law.
